Pastor Mark Vereen is a native of New Haven, CT . He was raised in a Christian environment that produced a man of integrity, great influence and vision. It was certain and without a doubt that this young man would positively impact the lives of others and ultimately please God.

At the young impressionable age of 12, Pastor Vereen accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal Savior.  He was baptized and filled with the precious Holy Spirit under the powerful ministry of Overseer Ardean Richardson

It was during this time that Pastor Vereen gleaned from the ‘seasoned saints’ in intercession, fasting and studying God’s Word. Surely, a unique ministry was birthed and cultivated while being in the presence of God. This ministry would inspire men, women, boys & girls – winning many souls to the Kingdom of God.

Hope Christian Ministries is known for its powerful and anointed worship experiences. Pastor faithfully delivers messages of love, faith, holiness and hope.

In addition to the assignment of Shepherd, he continues to operate as a Prophet, Evangelist and teacher in the Body of Christ all over this country. Salvation, deliverance, signs, wonders, and miracles are all evidence of the Lord’s anointing being upon his life.
